This is part of an email that Bill sent to the webmaster. I figured that members of the chapter would like to see his presentation. So enjoy Bill’s work!

“I have not yet had a chance to visit with you about the Hinsdale Estate nor do I know what you know about it. I was asked by Gordon Wylie and Bob McIntyre to come down and take some photos there while the flowers were in bloom. It was just after our late show and I was just about saturated with flower photos so I was reluctant to go. I was pushed into it by Judy and I am so glad that I went.
This is more that a garden. It is an experience. I had no idea of what was there. We have driven past for many years but we had no idea about the old house and garden that is hidden and hard to access. The property is now owned by the BLM and they are doing what they can to resurrect and maintain it and to provide access to the public.
Gordon Wylie has been very involved in working toward the same ends.
I have had some great response to the few folks that have seen this presentation.”
