Early Flower Show coming Saturday & Sunday, April 11 & 12, 2009, at the Florence Event Center.
Remember that set-up will be early Friday morning at 8:00 AM. We will need a lot of help to get it done within an hour.
You may bring your rhododendron and azalea trusses in between the hours of 7:00 AM and 9:00 AM. Please do not wait till the last minute! Have all your tags filled out ahead of time. Here’s hoping you get lots of blue ribbons!
We will again need your help to take down everything late Sunday afternoon at 4:45 PM. If we get a lot of members, take down only takes about an hour. So as you can see, we need your help!
Please don’t forget to remind friends, neighbors, and relatives of the early flower show. Some may really enjoy it. Again some may want to get there early on Saturday morning after 9:00 AM for the outside plant sale. We sell a lot of plants before the flower show actually opens, between 11:00 AM and Noon.
